The Therapist

Emmanuelle has been a massage therapist since 1995 and later took a Professional diploma as a sport and remedial massage therapist at the prestigious North London School of Sport Massage.

She has worked with a variety of clients, from individuals who don’t necessarily practice sports and who suffer from chronic back and neck issues…, Tennis players, Cricket players, Marathon runners, Triathletes, Rugby players… to professional sports people and athletes.

She comprehends the importance of remaining injury free and how prevention is key in achieving that. With Sports Massage you will gain relief from aches and stiffness brought on by exercise and daily life. You will increase ease of movement and flexibility therefore be less prone to future injury. Emmanuelle firmly believes that being an expert on how the body works is essential to being able to effectively provide safe and appropriate massage. Regular, dexterous massage will address build-up of tension in the muscles easing the potential stress on joints and connective tissue. This in turn will contribute in keeping the sports person free from injury.
